The Sambuca story started small, in an artsy warehouse district of Dallas. The eclectic jazz club served great food, hosted an always lively bar, and played host to some of music’s most recognizable celebrities, both on and off stage. As Sambuca’s reputation grew, so did the family of restaurants, with larger, more upscale locations in Houston and Nashville. The original restaurant followed the lead of its more sophisticated supper club siblings when it moved to a new Uptown Dallas site in 2004.
So what’s in the name, Sambuca 360? The more casual, spirited ambience of “360” brought the concept full circle to its earliest days when Sambuca first became known as the place to see and be seen.
